In Mallorca, olive cultivation as well as the consumption of olive oil has gone on for as long as people can remember. This tradition has been carried out so long and is of such great importance, that the lands where they are grown have been rewarded the status of a protected area.
Our Extra Virgin Olive Oil is obtained from the olives grown in these protected areas of la Sierra de Tramontana, situated on the northern part of the island. This isolated area's special microclimate as well as its specific location between the mountains and the sea create conditions for cultivating a truly unique olive. With a golden color, the olive's flavor is strong, yet slightly sweet.
